In addition to the exhibitions and events, the House of Switzerland is hosting a culinary encounter with Switzerland. The in-house bistro Degustazione stands for a gastronomy committed to its community and the environment. Based on the Slow Food concept and enriched with wild, aromatic and medicinal herbs, the bistro offers a special taste experience.

Swiss Wine Promotion (SWP) is responsible for promoting the image of Swiss wine in Switzerland and abroad. Its mandate is to help position Swiss wine as a product with high added value and to work with the viticulture and wine producing industry as a whole to increase the value of their products. The wines in the Bistro are supplied by winemaker.com.
