Masterclass – Taste with cheese

Guided masterclass to discover five of the most famous Swiss cheeses. A sensory experience, accompanied by an expert, who reveals the secrets and peculiarities of each cheese, accompanying the participants in an exciting tasting journey. There will also be a “blind tasting”, which will lead participants to discover the characteristics of a “secret” cheese, through the use of the three senses of smell, touch, and hearing but without the aid of sight.
